We Finally Have A Fence

Sorry for the step by step picture process but I am so happy to finally have the fence in and done. Thank you to my Dad who came and stayed with us for about a week and helped us with this big project. And also, and big thank you to Mark for the help as well!

The other morning Elley found this headband and was carrying it around. I didn't think she knew what it was or what to do with it. Well, when I came out into the living room I found her with the headband on. What a smart little cookie......she already knows how to doll herself up.

Welcome baby Sophie

This is the newest member of our Family.....Baby Sophie.
Congratulation to Jay and Leah (Adam's brother and his wife) for another beautiful baby.

Elley is being quite the helper in this picture. I think she really does like Sophie and not just trying to get rid of her. I just hope she is this helpful for me when baby #2 comes around.

Trip to Grandpa's

A few weeks ago, Elley and I went on a little trip to see Grandpa. It was a bit of a challenge traveling with a one year old but we made it there and back. Elley had a great time seeing her Grandpa and getting to know him a little better. My dad seemed to enjoy having us around....at least he acted that way. It was a nice relaxing vacation filled with golf cart rides to the desert, naps, walks, eating fruit from Grandpa's trees, and a little bit of swimming.

2. Who eats more? Depends on the day and if I'm pregnant or not...but usually him.

10. Who cooks more? I do more of the cooking but Adam likes to cook and when he can or has time he will.

12. Who is more stubborn? I think we are both as stubborn as they come, which can be pretty interesting at times. Sometimes I can be a bit more stubborn than him if needed

14. Who is more clean? I am the one who cleans more but we both like things to be clean.

20. How did you meet? In high school my family moved into his ward.
21. Who asked who out first? I asked him out first.....and I don't let him forget that one too.
    
22. Who kissed who first? I don't know....it just sort of happened.
    
23. Who proposed? We were just kind of talking and the subject of marriage came up and then we talked about getting married and now here we are today!!!

25. What is his greatest quality? I love how much he loves me and especially how much he loves Elley. He is very protective of us. He is easy going and has a very calming personality. He is fun to be around, even when what we are doing isn't very fun at all. He is the BEST!!

Can I Have A Cupcake?

Earlier tonight I had a little sweet tooth for a chocolate cupcake, so like any normal girl that loves chocolate, I made some. As I was frosting them Elley was being a little clingy so she was standing right at my feet. Each time I would pick one up to frost she would get really quite and watch very intently, just waiting to see if I would give her a taste. Finally I was done and started to put things away. When I turned around Elley was standing at the stove thinking about how she would get one of these cupcakes, and this is what happened next...........

The whole processes was so funny, you could just see the wheels turning in her head of how she would get a treat. In the end we gave her a cupcake for all the effort she put into it.

Fun with Cousins

Yesterday, Elley and I took a trip over to Mark and Jordan's to see the cousins!!! Elley loves to get out of the house and see someone other than me. These are pictures of the kids playing on the trampoline!!!

This is cute little Gavin wanting to be a big kid. He is so lovable and one of the cutest kids. I think he is so photogenic....he loves to get his picture taken.

The Mullet

Here are some nice pictures of Elley's mullet. This was actually the day we went to the zoo. Lately I have been putting it back it cute little pig tales but we must of been in a hurry this morning. I don't realize how bad her mullet really is until I don't do it in the morning. It's really getting long!
