Zoo Boise

I will not give up blogging!!!

Having said that, we must go back a few months. So much to blog about, I WILL CATCH UP. This blog has been important to me and it's such a great way to get our memories documented. I just hate when I get behind like this. I feel like life is moving at rapid speeds, and I'm sure it just gets worse the older the kids get.

Okay...track break. Elley has a 3 week break from school in the fall and the spring. The fall one this year just happened to fall around the same time Adam was gone for his 10 week training. I was nervous about having all 3 girls home during this 3 week break and Adam being gone, but it turns out it wasn't that bad. We made lots of plan and found things to do to keep us busy. We played with friends, went to movies, found some parks, went shopping, and of course, went to the zoo.

The zoo here in Boise isn't all that bad...for Boise anyway. On the day we went it was REALLY cold too so we had the place all to ourselves. It was fun running from animal to animal, even if it was cold. We even packed a lunch but ate it in the car on the way down because we knew we wouldn't want to picnic.

Here are a few pictures of our fun zoo day.

My 3 girls! I just love them so much. I love that I have all girls and that they love each other...most of the time. :)

We had a great time visiting the monkeys.

This little monkey hiding behind his mommy was so cute and so funny. He was acting just like a little toddler would.

I love this little Addison girl. She brings so much joy to our house. Can't you just tell by those eyes she lights up our family. Also, those eyes help her get what she wants sometimes...especially with her daddy. :)

Feeding the goats is hands down is our favorite thing to do at the zoo.

And this was the best I could get from these grubbers. I still love them though, even if they can be a little sassy sometimes.
