Two of my friends from church put on a fantastic baby shower for me last weekend. It was fun to get together with friends and family to celebrate such an exciting time in my life. The food was delicious, the decorations were cute and the games were so much fun. Thanks again to Brittany and Kim for doing such and amazing job!!!

I just have to say thank you for all the gifts. It's hard to buy gift for someone who doesn't know if they are having a boy or a girl.

Marcia made this blanket and I love it. It is so soft and the color is perfect for either a boy or a girl.
My friend Melinda made me this nursing blanket which I think is very cute. This is one of her first sewing projects and I think she did an amazing job.
My friends Kim and Brittany (the ones who did the baby shower) made me this diaper cake, isn't it cute? Elley and I had a fun time taking apart all the diapers. Every time we unrolled one Elley would scream "melmo" (which means Elmo) because Elmo is on every diaper.

That's a really cute picture of Cara. Your friends did a really good job on your shower. That reminds me...I thought you were going to give me those recipes?! Anyways, I'm glad I could wow you with my sewing prowess. That must be the best nursing cover ever made...even if the boning is a little limp. Heh heh heh. (Shoot, your friend aren't going to let you invite me to anymore parties, are they? Darn you Michael Scott.)
